So Good You’ll Want To Vomit?
Anyone watching this?
It’s supposed to be pretty terrifying to the point of making you vomit according to this article…
Steven King went so far as to say the series is “close to a work of genius.” I finished 2 out of 10 episodes. It’s not as scary as people on the inter webs are making it out to be, but it’s good. Lemme know what y’all think…
Catchy
This album had a few more good ones. Don’t know what became of these guys. Apparently they made this album, toured, then parted ways. Nothing like touring to turn people against each other.
The Exact Moment Steve Jones Decided He Wanted To Play Guitar
He was watching this TOTP performance on the remand centre TV, August 24, 1972.

Alice Cooper, Power Popper
You never hear Alice Cooper mentioned as a power pop pioneer, but this song from ’73 checks all the boxes. AC has said that they were copying Substitute by The Who, and you can certainly hear that in the guitar intro. More interesting (to me, anyway) is that the the beginning of the verses are very close to the verses of Let’s Spend the Night Together by the Rolling Stones. Creative theft at its best.
