God, this song is awful, but I can’t resist it. Sadly, at this point in my life Afternoon Delight is a bowl and a cold beer.
I Don’t Love Zep….
But getting really high and seeing this in IMAX would be fun.
Uncanny X-Men Pinball
I’m excited about this one. It’s fun living through this new pinball golden age.
Funny Old Bag
I snort laughed several times at this. My new favorite comedian.
We Can’t Rewind / We’ve Gone Too Far
I have to say I watched a fuck-ton of MTV in its first year. I thought it was the greatest thing ever until it wasn’t. This is pretty fun to watch the first day’s broadcast (43 years ago today!). Also, everyone knows Video Killed the Radio Star was the first video, but what was the second?!
Also, Atari ad around 27 minutes in!
Something for the Beatle / Watch Nerd Bastards
Came across this interesting article in the New Yorker about John Lennon’s stolen ridiculously expensive and rare watch. I know we have people on this blurg that are into the Beatles and watches.
Sludgefest
A few years ago, a Canadian musician slowed down a few Chipmunks songs to 16 RPM, and it’s kind of awesome. The singing is pretty good, and at that speed, it’s all gothy and moody. Like you have anything better to do today.

Twas a Riot
Someone pieced together fan video from the Replacements’ RiotFest Show in Denver (okay, outside of Denver) a few eleven (!) years ago. I of course, was at that show (saw the Stooges as well). Anyway, it sounds great, and Paul is hilarious.
What Did You Think Those Saddles and Boots Was About?
Willie apparently recorded this back in the 80s, but it never saw the light of day until Brokeback Mountain came out, and he decided to release it. He recently revived it with the magnificent Orville Peck. Country gold.
Who Stole It Better?
Killing Joke?
or Nirvana?
