Sleaford Mods are back with a new album. In a word, it’s SOLID.
Mork n Mindy is the sound of the central heating and the dying smells of Sunday dinner in a house on an estate in 1982. Concrete, dinted garages, nicotine. Where beauty mainly exists in small cracks on the shell of your imagination.
You ride hard for these guys.
Are they from Memphis?
I just watched a great documentary about them, so I went looking for new music. This album (Spare Ribs) is getting rave reviews, and I think it’s justified.
Of course, I spend an inordinate amount of time at Lyric Genius, but that’s half the fun. Oh, and Amy from Amyl & The Sniffers makes a guest appearance!
Awesome. That video kind of creeped me out, though.
