If I were an acting or vocal coach, I would warm up the artists with alternating “PISTOLS VOICE! ……. PiL VOICE! ………. PISTOLS VOICE!”
Probably missed my calling.
Great cover. But is it a cover if it’s the original singer in a different band? Hurts my brain to think about it.
Good question. I think I’d say that Wings played I’ve Just Seen a Face, before I’d say Wings covered I’ve Just Seen a Face.
And if you saw McCartney/Wings in person, you’d never say “you guys do a great cover of I’ve Just Seen a Face.”
The band is playing a cover, Lydon is not.
