Between Netflix and HBO, I find it relatively easy to avoid commercials altogether. So I wonder if you just don’t see that many. Live sports is where one encounters a ton of them.
This one is more subdued than glorious Rice Krispies opera, but I like the concept of a coach who prevents you from becoming your parents.

You’re probably right. I watch very little TV, so my chances of landing on a good commercial are slim, whereas when I was young I saw everything. I haven’t been impressed with many Super Bowl ads in recent years, and that’s always supposed to showcase the best of the best. But I really just tune in intermittently in order to do something normal for a change, so I probably just miss the good ones.
Before my time, but that is hilarious.
