DEVO was a fucking great live band, and I agree with the assessment that Bob 1 is a criminally underrated guitarist.

Great video. Bob 1 is underrated because people think of Devo as a synth band. Come to think of it, outside of jazz, it’s hard to think of a great non-blues-rock player who isn’t underrated. Also hard to think of a good blues-rock player who isn’t overrated.
I also think folks have a hard time getting past the costumes.
And fuck you, CLAPTON IS GOD.
